I found joesdoors very pleasant didn't try and push for a higher price. They went with what you wanted, measured up twice on two different occasions with two different guys and arranged around your schedule. Only one down fall Didn't call to set a date for installation we phoned them for them to tell us when it was getting fitted. Overall result wow.

Overlay laminated Quartzize worktops and sinks
We had overlay laminated Quartzize worktops fitted, and two new ceramic sinks in our kitchen. The company were very professional throught, from our main contact, through to the fitting of the above. Extremerly please with the fitters workmanship and ethics, clean and tidy through out the fitting. Couldnt be more happy.

Replacement Kitchen doors - happy customer
We had our kitchen doors replaced by Joe’s doors last week and we are delighted with the result. From the salesman, surveyor, delivery driver and fitters James and Keiran, assisted by Greg, we could not fault them. Turned up on time and stayed late to complete it in one day and removed all rubbish. They have transformed our old dark kitchen to a modern bright finish. Reading

Would definitely recommend! We had our first consultation on the 7th of February, and our kitchen was fully installed by the end of the 9th of March! The customer service I found was very good and informative. The two gentleman who came to install our kitchen (Adam and Billy) were both amazing! Both extremely professional and explained all that was happening along the way. I cannot recommend them enough! The only slight issue we had was miscommunication from the consultant regarding when the kitchen could be fitted by, but the company were able to rectify this issue very efficiently. Overall I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is considering giving their kitchen a revamp!

I wanted my kitchen refurbished without to much disruption and thats what happened fron the first contact giving an estimate of cost, customer service and the fitters they all did a wonderful job. I am over th e moon with the results and family and friends have all made very positive comments it looks wonderful. The fitters cleaned up after themselves and where so helpful. I would recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

Joe’s doors did an excellent job in my mums kitchen, fitting new cupboard doors. They look amazing, a job well done! Getting through in the telephone was a problem but other than that their customer service was good and each member of the team that we spoke to and met were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable! Their workmanship is excellent and they cleared away rubbish as well! Overall, highly recommend!

Fabulous service throughout! My only complaint is the old kitchen wasn’t collected the day of finishing the job. It wasn’t made clear to me at all. You have to allow 7 days for collection which is ridiculous!

Brilliant
Can't fault the service or experience received. From Matt coming out to price the job and show samples of doors and worktops, to the lady (sorry forgot her name) who measured up to Kieran and James fitting the kitchen. Fitters were very friendly and courteous, arrived promptly and worked hard, answering all our questions and making adjustments as necessary. So pleased with the end result. Would definitely recommend.

The doors & worktops are excellent
The doors & worktops are excellent, only downside. The surveyor put the drainer, down for right side. Not left, this took a bit of getting used to, but no great problem. The kitchen fitters, Ishaq & Adam, with a bit of assistance from the son of Ishaq, were brilliant, went far & above expectations, pleasant & polite, finished job was great. Highly recommend.

Wow it’s amazing
My mother in law has just had her doors and worktops changed this week following the initial appointment with the salesman who was very professional explained the complete procedure which was followed exactly as he had told us. The surveyor rang within the time frame carried out the survey and we were told the works would be completed within 6 weeks. The next call we got was to confirm the installation date which again was in time everyone at this point had arrived exactly on time. On the 24th October the fitters again arrived on time two lovely lads who my mother in law thought were great and the following day the next team arrived again on time again really nice guys and the finish of the kitchen has been transformed she is so very happy. Not only has this cost a fraction of a new kitchen but for us so little disruption for her which she would not have coped with. We would like to thank you all including your customer services team you have all been professional and amazing doing everything on time and in line with what we were told which is so rare theses days. All of us will definitely recommend you to anyone we speak to who may be thinking of updating their kitchen. Thank you does not say enough but thank you.

Could not recommend this company enough! My kitchen is completely transformed and looks amazing. There was a great selection and lots to choose from when it came to picking the doors, surface and sink. They were really efficient and really nice guys that came to my flat. Looks like a brand new kitchen and all rubbish was taken away. Great job all round :)

Absolutely delighted with the doors &worktops. The fitters were outstanding! They were very careful on attention to detail and very clean workmen who cleaned up as they went along and took all the necessary rubbish away. We cannot fault the quality and workmanship of these men and I would recommend them to all of my friends. They came, they did the magic, they cleared everything and removed all rubbish.
Absolutely unbeatable, every step of the way, from initial phone enquiry to clearing away the 'old' bits of doors, drawers, worktops & plinths..., cos that's what we had replaced. Nothing wrong with the cupboards carcasses or drawer interiors. Ebrrything is now slow-closing and works perfectly. Will recommend these guys at any and every opertunity. 'She who must be obeyed' is particularly delighted with the new worktops.

I cannot fault this company. Daniel, the salesman was really lovely and did the best he could to give us a price we could afford. Phil, the surveyor was really helpful and efficient and Donna on the phone was also very friendly. I have to say that they saved the best until last. Ishaq and Adam fitted my kitchen and oh my word, I would be hard pressed to find friendlier and nicer people but, more importantly, their attention to detail was amazing. Everything had to be perfect or they weren't happy. When they finished, I felt like I was in someone else's kitchen. The professional finishing was second to none and I just love the finished result. Thank you to Ishaq, Adam and Jo's Doors for my kitchen

Excellent service all round
Excellent service all round! Within days of initial contact we had a visit from Daniel who was straightforward in the pricing of replacement doors. He was not pushy at all and having paid the required deposit was told it would be approximately 8 weeks to installation. Within a week we had a phone call giving us a fitting date and that was 6 weeks to the day of the order. The fitters Ishaq & Adam contacted us prior to installation day to let us know what time they would arrive on the day. They came as promised and worked a long day to fit the doors which we are very pleased with. It makes our kitchen look like a new one and we were very satisfied with the workmanship. One small issue was rectified shortly after installation all the old doors were removed so all in all it was a very good job with 2 good kitchen fitters and have no problem with the service received from Joes Doors.

Great Kitchen Restoration
We are more than happy with the service provided by Joe’s doors (doors, worktops, sink & extractor fan). Everything went smoothly, from the initial visit by the sales consultant, Ben Sherwood, to the visit by the surveyor, Andy, and especially the work carried out by Les and Min. We had a couple of previous quotes from different companies but found that Joe’s doors was able to offer us more for our budget. All the staff were friendly and courteous and kept us updated with each stage of the process. The work took place without any hitches and Les and Min went all out, during a very hot spell, to complete the work to a very high standard by the end of the second day. We now have a lovely kitchen restoration which is fresh and bright and we are extremely pleased with it. We would use this company again.
